Artist's Description
Whitman County Fairgrounds. . Rolling fields of spring wheat, green in late June, undulating across Eastern Washington like a green, rolling ocean in spring, a golden ocean in summer and fall, spreading around the Palouse Empire/Whitman County fairgrounds. A gray, cloudy sky threatens rain to keep the Palouse fields wheat growing and green on the first day of summer. June, 2019.
