A sunny, blue sky day in late April scattered maple shadows across the green grass that is home to the steel-roofed picnic shelter in Everson's Riverside Park. Three picnic tables live under the park pavilion and a gravel path passes the front door. The picnic shelter at the park is a serene place to sit and contemplate important stuff.
